HOW DO YOU FEEL AFTER WORK!?
Tried!? Exhausted!? Overwhelm!? I know how you feel…What do you to unwind after work?
Here are a 5 simple tips to help you unwind? After dinner is made and the kids are taking care of course…
1.) Sit down and Ask your significant others how was “their” day? It goes a long way.
2.) Make Tea – the warm tea help calms the body. My boyfriend and I enjoy Sleeptime Tea.
3.) Massage your feet with coconut oil or lotion before bedtime. I use my homemade body butter.
4.) Unplug from all electronics! I know…easier said then done. Try to clear your mind before bedtime. By doing this one step, it can help improve your sleep.

5.) Get a touch Lamp – towards the end the night start turning diming the lights in your apartment/house will start to clam the mood. I have a touch lamp and it is the best investment ever…it truly love my touch lamp.
5.) Read a Book that you actually enjoy – another great tip to relax the body. I like to read my favorite book while I am drinking a cup of tea.
