90% are due to wrong tone of voice.


I have learned from expereince, it is not what you say but how you say it. If you want to get your point across always do it in a gentle but straightforward way. You want to be starightforward with others and if you want to the best results from other to work with you and not against you, there must be some balanced between being gentle and kind but holding people accountable.
